Due to the rise in the petrol price, Honda is is affected by the lack of a diesel car. Lack of Diesel variant has massively effected the sale figures of Honda City.Honda has announced launch of the diesel variant of Honda City in 2013, but before the diesel City, Honda is planning to launch a CNG variant of the City in the coming month.
Tech Specifications:
Engine : 1.5 Litre, four cylinder i-VTEC
Power :100 Bhp
Torque : 127 Nm(slightly lower than the current petrol only variant)
Rear suspension will be beefed to handle the extra weight of CNG tank.
Price: City CNG will cost around Rs. 50,000 - Rs. 80,000 more than City petrol.
